By using the thecontractor.app mobile application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
thecontractor.app is a business management tool for contractors and service providers. You may use it to create quotes, manage jobs, send invoices, and track your business operations. You agree to use the App only for lawful business purposes.
You own all data you enter into the App, including customer information, quotes, invoices, photos, and business records. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the App's functionality.
When you send quotes, invoices, or other communications through the App, they are sent on your behalf. You are responsible for the content and accuracy of these communications. We act only as a delivery mechanism.
Invoice payments are processed by Stripe. We do not handle or store payment card information. Stripe's terms of service apply to all payment transactions.
We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
